This position combines Basic Welding / Fabrication, Store/warehouse duties and Delivery driving - Supporting our shed, carport, verandah and steel business.

Apex Home Improvements is seeking a reliable and motivated All Rounder to join our busy team in Edwardstown South Australia. This is a varied, hands on role ideal for someone who enjoys different tasks throughout the day rather than being stuck doing the same job every day.

About the Role:

- Cutting and preparing steel orders and building materials

- General Welding and fabrication work

- Loading and Unloading Vehicles / trucks

- Assisting with the delivery of Sheds, Carports, Steel and building materials to site

- Driving company ute's / vehicles including towing trailers

- Receiving stock and putting stock away

- Assist with keeping the warehouse and yard organised, plus helping Customers and Tradies

- General store and workshop duties - drilling, cropping and painting

- Working within a team with further training provided

What we are looking for:

- Welding and fabrication experience

- A current Australian Drivers Licence

- Confidence to drive company vehicles and some towing experience

- Physically fit and comfortable handling steel and building materials. Some heavy lifting is required





- Able to work Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 5.00pm plus overtime when required based at Edwardstown SA

- A positive understanding of workplace safety

- Forklift licence and White card or willing to get licence for

- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks throughout the day

- Applicants must have unrestrictred Australian Working Rights with no limitations on hours or duration of employment. We are not offering Visa sponsorship for this position
