BUSINESS ANALYST - Temporary 3-year contract, working part-time (21 hours per week)

- Demonstrated experience as an IT Business Analyst delivering programs and project

- Strong documentation and analytical skills, with significant experience developing high-quality project artefacts throughout the IT project lifecycle, supported by exceptional attention to detail

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience facilitating workshops, building collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholder groups and producing clear verbal and written communication for varied audiences

The Business Analyst is responsible for working collaboratively with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyse business needs, document requirements, and deliver practical technology solutions. The role supports the full project lifestyle, including business analysis, solution design, testing, data migration, change management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of business systems while maintaining compliance with organisational policies and governance requirements.

Our ideal candidate will hold a tertiary qualification and/or relevant professional qualifications in Information Management, Information Technology, Business Analysis or Project Management with significant demonstrated experience as an IT Business Analyst.



You should be a self-starter with initiative to identify improvements and proactively address challenges with a strong commitment to service excellence.

If you have demonstrated experience in creating business cases and proven ability to document current-state business processes, conduct time/tasks analysis and develop future-state process and procedures this could be your perfect role!

The pro-rata salary range being offered for this part time position is $2,136.83 - $2,405.04 gross per fortnight plus superannuation which equates to a pro-rata annual salary of $55,557.83 - $62,531.03 gross plus superannuation (dependent on skills, qualifications and experience).
