About the Opportunity

MLHD is recruiting Registered Nurses with an experience in Perioperative Nursing at Griffith Base Hospital.

You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and evaluating nursing care plans, and ensuring the high-quality delivery of perioperative services, such as admissions, anaesthetics, scrub/scout and recovery nursing. Supported by a solid multidisciplinary team, you will be immersed in evidence-based processes and ongoing education to enhance nursing quality,



patient safety and your own professional development.

About You
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

- Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to build respectful relationships with patients, carers, families and colleagues
- Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate safe, evidence-based care in a dynamic perioperative environment of admissions, anaesthetics, scrub/scout and recovery nursing.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
