BPSM Architects is looking for a motivated Graduate of Architecture to join our growing Hobart team. This is an opportunity to develop your skills across all design phases while contributing to meaningful projects in a supportive, collaborative studio environment.

Key responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
· Work across all design phases, from concept, design development with a focus on construction documentation production.
· Collaborate with experienced architects and designers in a friendly team environment
· Contribute to a diverse range of projects across different sectors and scales
About you
We are looking for someone who brings curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn, along with the following essential skills and experience:
· Master of Architecture qualification
· Two years’ experience (preferable)
· Proficiency in Revit or Archicad
· Experience using 2D CAD software (such as AutoCAD)
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· A strong work ethic, enthusiasm for team-based project delivery and a genuine desire to keep learning
You may also bring experience in one or more of the following areas:
· Experience across a variety of commercial, multi-residential, industrial or retail projects
· Strong design, conceptual and master planning experience
· Strong technical understanding
· Demonstrated documentation skills and attention to detail
