We make video that performs. Social content, Meta ads and brand films for clients who care about results, not just pretty pictures. We are a team of around 13 in Dulwich Hill, we shoot and edit everything in house, and we are growing rapid.

The role

You are the person our clients call. You own their projects from brief to delivery, you keep them happy, and you keep them coming back.

This is a job for someone who sees the problem before it lands. A shoot date that will not work. A brief that is drifting. An asset that has not arrived. You spot it early, you fix it quietly, and the client never knows there was anything to worry about. Done well, this role looks effortless from the outside.

You will be juggling dozens of live projects at once. Some are single videos, some are ongoing retainers with monthly deliverables. Nothing gets dropped. Nothing gets forgotten. That is the standard.

What you will do

- Own a portfolio of client accounts and be their main point of contact

- Keep our producers, editors and shooters briefed and on schedule

- Anticipate issues before they become problems and solve them before they escalate

- Turn finished work into the next project: renewals, upsells and new scopes

- Understand each client's business well enough to recommend what they should be making next





- Keep every account tidy, tracked and up to date

- Early in your career and hungry to build something

- Ridiculously organised, with a system for everything

- Sharp on your feet, calm when things move, quick to find a solution

- Great energy on a call and in a room

- Genuinely interested in video, social content and Meta advertising

- Interested in sales and comfortable asking for the next project

- Motivated by helping a brand grow and being able to point at the numbers that prove it
