Step up into leadership with a diverse and growing parts operation.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Parts Supervisor to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our Parts Department.

Reporting directly to the Parts Manager, this is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced parts professional who enjoys working with people, keeping things organised and delivering a high level of service.

Our business supports a range of equipment, internal and external customers, including a number of OEM brands, providing an opportunity to work across a diverse and interesting parts environment.

About the Role

Working closely with the Parts Manager, you will help lead the Parts Department and ensure the team operates efficiently and delivers excellent service.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and supporting the Parts team

- Assisting the Parts Manager with the daily operation of the department

- Managing parts enquiries, sales, ordering and distribution

- Coordinating parts requirements with workshop and service teams

- Maintaining accurate stock control and inventory levels

- Receiving, picking and dispatching parts

- Assisting with stocktakes and inventory management

- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers

- Supporting team members to achieve departmental targets

- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised parts environment

- Stepping up and taking responsibility when required

About You





We're looking for someone who is ready to take the next step in their parts career.

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in automotive, heavy equipment, machinery or industrial parts

- Experience in a senior parts or supervisory position

- Strong knowledge of parts operations and inventory management

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- The ability to lead, motivate and support a team

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving

- A robust commitment to safety and quality

Experience with Volvo Penta or similar equipment will be highly regarded, but we're also keen to hear from experienced parts professionals with transferable industry knowledge and the right attitude.
