As the organisation continues to evolve and strengthen its impact, an opportunity has emerged for a strategic and commercially minded P&C; Transformation Partner to play a key role in driving enterprise-wide change and organisational capability. The Opportunity

Working closely with executive and senior leadership teams, you will lead the people and capability components of major transformation initiatives, ensuring the organisation is well-positioned for future success. You'll act as a trusted advisor, bringing together strategic workforce planning, organisational development, change leadership and culture initiatives to deliver lasting outcomes.

Key areas of focus include:

- Leading people and capability strategies across organisation-wide transformation programs.
- Partnering with leaders to align workforce and people plans with strategic priorities.
- Driving organisational development initiatives that strengthen capability, culture and performance.
- Developing and implementing change management strategies that support adoption and engagement.




- Facilitating strategic workforce planning and future capability initiatives.
- Building strong relationships across the organisation to influence, align and enable change.

About You

You are an experienced People & Culture skilled who combines strategic thinking with a practical and collaborative approach. Comfortable operating at executive level, you bring credibility, influence and the ability to navigate complexity while keeping people at the centre of decision-making.
You will likely bring:

- Experience leading or partnering on significant transformation, organisational development or change programs.
- Strong capability in workforce planning, organisational design and people strategy.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes in complex environments.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A data-informed approach to decision making and problem solving.
- Experience translating strategy into clear, actionable plans that deliver measurable outcomes.
