Description

Full week, ABN for probationary period, on-site position based in Perth, WA. You'll carry out joint sealing, crack and surface repairs, patching, silicone application, industrial grouting and waterproofing across commercial, residential, strata and remedial projects. Some work in our Pressure Washing division may also be required.

Pay: Based on experience, tickets and skills.

Day to day you'll:

• Prepare work areas and operate tools and equipment safely

• Read and work to job specifications and plans

• Report to the office daily

• Coordinate with supervisors, builders and other trades on-site

• Complete documentation as required.

• Keep a clean, safe work workplace

Travel to job sites across Perth, and potentially further afield in WA, may be required.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Demonstrated skill in joint sealing, patching, silicone application, grouting, remedial concrete works and waterproofing.

• Solid understanding of construction site safety and WHS regulations.





• Good physical fitness — the role involves lifting, bending and working in varied outdoor conditions.

• Reliable transport to job sites in Perth and surrounding areas, and willingness to travel within WA.

• Current driver's licence (required)

• Experience with patching, formwork, ready-mix concrete handling (preferred, not essential)

• Basic carpentry skills for joint prep, minor structural repairs and site setup (preferred, not essential)

• EWP, Working at Heights and Working Safely Around Tilt Panel tickets (preferred, not essential)

• Previous experience in construction, civil works or concrete repair is highly valued; relevant tickets are an advantage
