The Role

WhiteCollarBlue are in search of BDM’s for both our Sydney and Melbourne branches.

Successful applicants will have previous B2B experience and a Robust Business Development background.

- We are searching for a HUNTER with GRIT!
- This will suit a person who is KPI and outcome focused.
- Someone who is highly intuitive when engaging in the Sales and Negotiation process.
- This role is high activity focused - high volume prospecting.

As a member of the sales team – others will look to you for leadership in drive – determination - persistence and sales outcomes. Your role is critical in its success for others to step up to the same challenges.





This role is 100% Sales focussed with NO ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT REQUIRED!

As a Business Development Manager, you are required to keep accurate sales and marketing information through daily recording in our company CRM Database.
