We are seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Officer who are familiar with the NDIS landscape and want to continue the great work they do in a purpose driven organisation.
About the Role:
- As the first point of contact for our customer you will build relationships and use your expertise in the NDIS to navigate complex issue to best meet the customer needs.
- You will be responsible for guiding new and existing customers through the service journey including but not limited to initial enquiry to intake, service agreement development, and renewal.
- Deliver exceptional service in a people-focused and detailed way keeping the customer at the centre of everything we do. This can sometimes be a challenge when you are managing the technical aspects of funding, systems, and compliance.
What You’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in NDIS or disability support sector
- Outstanding customer service skills and well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate with people of difference backgrounds and abilities and actively listen to their concerns and questions.
- Sound knowledge of computer software applications such as Microsoft and salesforce.
- Ability to actively listen to and respond appropriately to customer feedback
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- An ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within your team and the broader organisational structure
- A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to remain effective and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
