The Bangalow Hotel is seeking a talented and passionate Fulltime/Casual Chef to join our established kitchen team in Bangalow, NSW.
Key attributes & skills:
- Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends is essential
- Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent ideal
- Two years experience or more working in a commercial kitchen
- Maintain and care for kitchen equipment, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
- Adequate understanding of HACCP and safety practices
- Passion for producing quality dishes in a timely manner
- Excellence in working under high-pressure situations, communication and time management
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Positive attitude
- Respectfulness towards fellow staff & customers
