The Lucas Group has partnered with a pioneering Australian AgTech company revolutionising agriculture through remote monitoring solutions to find a commercially driven Head of Pastoral Clients.

This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who can combine strategic account management, business development and sales leadership, while representing an innovative Australian technology business across the pastoral sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and strengthen relationships with CEOs, business owners, association leaders and regional managers
- Manage a portfolio of high-value, strategic pastoral clients
- Identify opportunities to grow long-term, repeatable revenue
- Lead, coach and mentor the BDM team, driving sales performance and accountability
- Use CRM and sales performance data to track results and identify opportunities
- Develop new approaches to improve sales outcomes and client value
- Represent the company at industry events, client functions, workshops and in the field
- Act as a senior brand ambassador across the pastoral and agribusiness sectors

About You

- Proven track record managing complex, high-value client relationships
- Experience within the pastoral, agribusiness or rural sector
- Demonstrated ability to combine high individual sales performance with effective people leadership




- Experience leading a sales or BDM team
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to use CRM and sales data to drive performance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience facilitating workshops or industry sessions

What’s on Offer

- $150,000–$180,000 base salary + superannuation
- Uncapped commission (in excess of $80,000 when targets are achieved)
