This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established paediatric therapy provider based in Perth’s northern suburbs. Originally started as a family business, the organisation has grown into a large, purpose-built clinic with 15 therapy rooms, open waiting areas and a strong reputation for supporting children and families across the local community.

The team is now looking for Speech Pathologists to join their growing service. New graduates, early career clinicians, experienced Speech Pathologists and senior clinicians are all welcome to apply.

This role would suit someone who is passionate about paediatrics, enjoys working in a team and wants to be part of a workplace that values client outcomes over billable pressure.

About the Role:
You’ll work with a fully paediatric caseload across a mix of NDIS and private clients. The caseload is approximately 60% NDIS and 40% private, with a strong stream of private referrals and many clients presenting with less complex needs.

The role is mainly clinic-based, with around 80% of sessions delivered in the clinic. There are no home visits. Community work may include schools and daycare visits where appropriate, with the organisation looking to gradually grow this part of the service.

Caseloads can be built around your strengths, interests and experience level, with a slow and supported ramp-up for new graduates and early career clinicians.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Supporting paediatric clients across a clinic-based caseload
- Delivering Speech Pathology assessments and therapy
- Working with NDIS and private clients
- Supporting children with speech, language, communication and developmental needs
- Collaborating with OTs, Speech Pathologists and families
- Completing reports, therapy planning and documentation
- Participating in mentoring, supervision and team learning
- Completing school or daycare visits where suitable

- Building your caseload around your interests and experience

Why This Role Stands Out:

- Salary guide of $80,000 to $120,000 + super
- Flexible salary options based on experience
- New graduates, early career, experienced and senior clinicians welcome
- Strong new graduate program
- Gradual caseload ramp-up
- Internal and external mentoring available
- Supervision and progression pathways
- Half-day admin time each week
- Flexible working schedules
- School hours considered
- 9-day fortnight options available
- Start and finish time flexibility
- Mainly clinic-based role
- No home visits
- Well-resourced clinic with 15 therapy rooms
- Admin support for bookings and billing
- PD allowance available
- Internal resource days
- Novated leasing options
- Strong staff retention
- Team culture focused on support, learning and collaboration

Support for New Graduates:
This is a strong environment for new graduate Speech Pathologists who want to feel supported as they start their career.

You’ll have access to a structured recent graduate program, supervision, internal and external mentors, a gradual caseload build-up and regular support from senior clinicians.

You will not be expected to walk in and manage a full caseload straight away. The focus is on helping you build confidence properly, learn from the team and develop solid paediatric therapy skills over time.

Opportunities for Experienced Clinicians:

Experienced Speech Pathologists will have the opportunity to shape their caseload around their clinical strengths and areas of interest.

You’ll join an established team with growing referral demand, strong resources and the chance to contribute to mentoring, clinical discussions and service development.

The organisation is focused on long-term retention and wants clinicians to feel supported, valued and able to grow within the team.

About the Team:
The team includes around 15 Speech Pathologists and 5 Occupational Therapists, with admin support across reception, bookings and billing.

The culture is one of the biggest drawcards. The team is close, collaborative and genuinely supportive. Clinicians are encouraged to ask questions, take on challenges, communicate openly and learn from each other.

About You:

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership, or eligibility
- Interest or experience in paediatrics
- New graduates through to senior clinicians welcome
