We are a locally owned commercial construction company based in Wagga Wagga, and we are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Qualified Carpenter to join our team.
This is a hands on role requiring someone who can confidently manage all aspects of commercial construction projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate commercial construction sites
- Perform carpentry duties
- Supervise company workers on site
- Manage subcontractors and daily site operations
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, quality and environmental documentation
- Maintain project timelines and high quality workmanship
About You:
- Qualified Carpenter with relevant trade qualifications
- Proven experience in site supervision or construction management
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and work independently
- Commitment to delivering quality outcomes safely and efficiently
