About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to provide clinical and operational leadership across NDIS Supported Independent Living homes and related community supports.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Leading day-to-day operations of Supported Independent Living homes
- Supervising, coaching, and mentoring Support Workers, and managing rosters and shift coverage
- Conducting assessments and maintaining care plans, support plans, and nursing assessments
- Overseeing medication management and identifying/escalating clinical risks
- Coordinating health appointments and supporting participant routines and personal goals
- Maintaining compliance, documentation, and stakeholder communication

About You

The successful candidate will have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 5 years' nursing experience
- Previous clinical, operational, or team leadership experience
- Current First Aid,



CPR certification and National Police Clearance
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Valid WA Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

You must also have:

- Strong knowledge of duty of care, clinical risk, and secure practice
- Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills
- Strong documentation, reporting, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence coaching staff and addressing performance concerns
- Strong problem-solving, judgement, resilience, and initiative
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and relevant care and reporting systems

Highly regarded:

- Experience within NDIS Supported Independent Living services
- Experience using QUASR, ShiftCare, Employment Hero, or SharePoint
- Knowledge of medication governance and clinical escalation procedures
- Experience supporting audits, investigations, and root cause analysis
- Understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct
