WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Has previous residential Property Management experience
- Holds a Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
- Is confident managing a portfolio independently
- Has robust knowledge of ACT tenancy legislation and compliance
- Is highly organised and deadline-driven
- Communicates confidently with landlords, tenants and contractors
