MMost property sales roles make it difficult to focus on becoming a better salesperson. Inconsistent lead flow, poorly positioned stock, limited training and disjointed sales funnels often leave junior agents without the volume, structure or support needed to develop.
At Landmark Group, we’ve built a $5B project pipeline, a consistent inbound lead-generation system and a clearly structured sales process. This allows our Sales Qualifiers to focus on the skills that matter: speaking with buyers, identifying genuine opportunities, handling objections and booking qualified appointments for senior agents.
As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a driven Sales Qualifier who wants to grow within a proven system and build a long-term career in project sales.
You’ll be supported by:
- Training and ongoing coaching from experienced sales leaders
- A consistent flow of inbound buyer enquiries
- A structured qualification and follow-up process
- Multiple active projects across Sydney
- Experienced senior agents focused on converting appointments into sales

Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting new inbound leads quickly and consistently
- Qualifying buyers through structured phone conversations

- Managing ongoing follow-up with buyers who are not yet ready

- The ability to ask direct questions and control a sales conversation
- High levels of organisation, CRM discipline and follow-up consistency
- A resilient attitude and comfort working toward activity and appointment targets

- An ability to absorb new information and naturally incorporate it into sales conversations
- High standards for performance and a genuine desire to develop professionally

- Access to high-quality and well-positioned stock
- Multiple active projects rather than reliance on a single site
- Clear processes, performance targets and sales support
- Direct exposure to experienced senior agents
- Opportunity to build a long-term career in project sales
