Your Role

As Production Manager, you will oversee the full end-to-end production process, from fabric development and sampling through to final delivery.

Managing both local and offshore vendors, you will be responsible for the critical path, margin management, supplier relationships and quality control across four seasonal collections and a year-round core range.

You’ll work closely with the Founder, Designers, Logistics, and Merch Planning teams, acting as a commercial partner to guide efficiency and delivery. This is a key role in advancing sustainability commitments and implementing new technology to ensure best practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the full production cycle, ensuring OTIF delivery.
- Manage seasonal critical paths, WIPs and production schedules.
- Negotiate pricing and manage margin performance, factoring in duty, freight etc.
- Partner with design and merchandising to provide insights that support profitable range planning.




- Maintain and strengthen long-term supplier relationships (local and offshore).
- Oversee bulk approvals, quality checks and fit sessions.
- Ensure data accuracy across systems
- Support sustainability initiatives, aligning production with brand goals.
- Identify and trial opportunities for process improvement, automation and AI integration.

Who you are?

- Proven experience in fashion/apparel production management.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with a numbers-driven mindset.
- Offshore production and logistics experience essential.
- Advanced Excel skills; Cin7 experience highly regarded.
- Natural mentor, able to build trust and guide
- Curious and forward-thinking
