Are you an experienced Sales Team Leader who knows how to motivate people, lift performance and turn targets into results?

4Mile is a growing Australian-owned contact centre and customer engagement business supporting leading not-for-profit and corporate organisations across Australia and New Zealand.

We're looking for a driven and energetic Sales Team Leader to join our North Strathfield team and lead frontline sales teams across multiple not-for-profit campaigns.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being close to the action coaching agents, monitoring performance, identifying opportunities and creating an environment where people are motivated to succeed.

About the Role

As Sales Team Leader, you'll be responsible for driving the performance, engagement and development of our contact centre sales teams.You'll work closely with the Not-for-Profit operations team and senior management to ensure sales targets, KPIs, quality standards and client expectations are consistently achieved.

A key part of your role will be coaching and developing agents, listening to calls, identifying opportunities to improve sales conversations and helping individuals reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate and develop sales teams

- Drive achievement of individual and team sales targets

- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and sales performance

- Conduct coaching and one-on-one sessions

- Identify performance gaps and implement targeted coaching plans

- Develop agents' sales, objection-handling and communication skills

- Create a positive,



competitive and results-focused team culture

- Recognise and celebrate strong individual and team performance

- Manage underperformance and implement performance improvement strategies

- Monitor campaign results and identify opportunities to increase conversions

- Support workforce planning and rostering to achieve campaign requirements

- Manage escalations and assist with complex customer interactions

- Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new sales employees

- Work closely with Operations and senior management to achieve client and business objectives

- Contribute to continuous improvement across sales processes, scripts and campaigns

About You

You'll be a confident people leader who understands that strong sales results come from great coaching, clear expectations and an engaged team.

We're looking for someone with:

- Previous experience leading a large contact centre sales team

- A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

- Strong coaching and people development skills

- Experience managing sales KPIs, conversion rates and individual performance

- Confidence listening to calls and providing practical, constructive coaching

- Strong objection-handling and sales communication skills

- Experience managing both high performers and underperformance





- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- A proactive, energetic and results-focused approach

- Confidence working with contact centre technology, reporting and multiple systems

Experience within outbound sales, telemarketing, fundraising, customer acquisition or retention campaigns will be highly regarded.
