The opportunity

We are currently looking for an experienced Resource Development Geology Manager to join our Technical Services leadership team at our Duketon operation.

Reporting to the General Manager Technical Services (Perth), you will be accountable for leading the Resource Development function at the Duketon Operations, providing strategic direction, technical governance and operational leadership across Resource Development, geological data management and orebody knowledge.

This leadership role is responsible for maximising the value of Regis' mineral assets through the delivery of high-quality geological models, resource growth opportunities, resource conversion and effective integration with exploration, mining,



processing and technical services teams.

This is a FIFO role, working on an 8:6 roster ex-Perth.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

- Develop and execute the resource development strategy aligned with the Life of Mine Plan and broader business growth objectives
- Provide technical leadership for resource growth, resource conversion, Ore Reserve optimisation, and associated drilling programs
- Ensure geological interpretations and resource models inputs are robust, fit for purpose, and compliant with reporting standards and the JORC Code
- Drive continual improvement in geological models, orebody understanding, geological standards, QA/QC systems and database integrity
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing geology team, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused culture
- Manage departmental budgets, resourcing plans and long-term resource development activities
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with exploration, mining, processing and technical services teams to optimise business outcomes

About you

To be successful for this role, you will have:

- Tertiary qualification in Geology
- Extensive geological experience within the resources sector, preferably in Archean and/or orogenic gold systems
- Proven experience in resource development, mine geology, resource estimation, classification and reporting
- Solid understanding of structural geology, mineralisation controls,



drilling methodologies, sampling protocols and QA/QC systems
- Expert geological interpretation and 3D geological modelling capability
- Experience leading, mentoring and developing high-performing technical teams in an operational mining environment
- High-level proficiency in industry software including Leapfrog, Micromine, Datamine, Vulcan, ArcGIS and geological database platforms
- Robust commercial acumen, strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills
- Ability and willingness to act as a Competent Person under the JORC Code
