About the Role

Are you an experienced L&D; qualified who thrives on a mix of strategic program design and hands-on facilitation? MotorCycle Holdings is seeking a energetic Learning & Development Manager to lead our capability strategy across our extensive dealership network.
Reporting directly to the EGM, People & Culture, you will be the driving force behind building a high-performance culture. From designing a structured leadership development framework to coordinating technical sales training, you will ensure our team has the skills needed to support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Frameworks: Develop and execute an annual L&D; plan and establish capability frameworks for leadership, sales, and customer-facing roles.
- Leadership Development: Design and facilitate programs for emerging leaders through to senior executives, providing coaching and guidance on people management.
- Sales & Technical Excellence: Partner with operational leaders and manufacturers to deliver high-impact sales capability and compliance programs.
- End-to-End Delivery: Create engaging learning materials (workshops, webinars, resources) and manage all training logistics and reporting.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders,



influencing a consistent approach to employee development across the business.
- System Management: Maintain training records via the LMS, tracking participation and measuring the business impact/ROI of learning initiatives.

What We're Looking For

- Experience: 5+ years in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or Organisational Capability.
- Education: Tertiary qualification in HR, L&D;, Organisational Psychology, or Education.
- Industry Savvy: Experience within retail, automotive, or multi-site environments is highly desirable.
- Facilitation Skills: You are a confident presenter who can engage diverse audiences, from frontline staff to senior leaders.
- Relationship Builders: Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build strong working relationships across a geographically dispersed organisation.
- Tech-Fluent: Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning solutions.
