Due to ongoing success, we are providing an opportunity for an experienced Electrical Technician to up-skill into the power generation industry and join our established team in Kewdale WA. Apply your established skills in the world of Power Solutions and become an expert in traditional diesel generation products as well as industry leading technologies in BESS/Battery Boxes.
Working in and out of our Kewdale Operations, your Primary Duties will be:
- Carrying out electrical works and fit-up of outlets and ancillary equipment during pre-delivery and commissioning process.
- Carry out electrical repairs to Generators, Compressors and Battery Energy Storage Systems.
- Complete Blue Diamond Machinery commissioning and testing documentation as per internal quality processes and Australian Standards.
- Have flexibility to move between workshop and field-based projects as required to meet operational demands.
The suitable applicant will have:
- An Electrical Workers License
- A positive can-do attitude and a team player mentality.
- Excellent time management and task prioritisation skills.
- The ability to work autonomously
- Precious experience in Power Generation/BESS preferred, but not essential
- Hard working and willingness to work additional hours to ensure jobs are completed on time.
- Attention to detail providing high quality electrical installations and repairs.
- Strong focus on general safety standards and work methods.
