You'll work closely with our Sales team to maximise every chance, deliver a premium customer experience and build long-term relationships with customers.

About the Role

As Business Manager – Finance & Insurance, you'll guide customers through tailored finance and insurance solutions across new and used vehicles. You'll be responsible for maximising finance and insurance penetration, achieving IPRU targets and ensuring every customer receives a professional and seamless experience.

You'll also work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to support deal conversion, finance approvals and vehicle deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Present tailored finance and insurance solutions to customers and maximise conversion opportunities.
- Achieve IPRU, finance penetration and insurance targets to drive department profitability.
- Build strong relationships with Sales teams to maximise F&I; opportunities and support deal closures.
- Follow up existing customers and expiring finance contracts to generate repeat business.
- Maintain current finance and insurance product knowledge, accreditations and industry awareness.
- Ensure finance approvals, documentation, invoicing and vehicle delivery processes are completed accurately and compliantly.

About You

You'll be a commercially driven F&I; professional who combines strong sales capability with exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.

- Strong finance and insurance industry knowledge.
- Proven sales, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent administration, organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, computer literacy and dealership systems experience.
