About the Role..
As a Post Placement Support Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting participants to retain their employment outcomes while ensuring all program requirements, documentation and claims obligations are met.
Working within FSA’s Workforce Australia Services Integrated Employment Service Model, you will build, manage and develop strong relationships with participants and employers to deliver sustainable employment outcomes.
A significant component of this role is the accurate administration and management of employment services claims, ensuring evidence, records and supporting documentation are complete, accurate and compliant with Department requirements. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality participant records and identifying opportunities to maximise eligible claims while ensuring all claims are appropriately substantiated.
Working within a multidisciplinary community services environment, you will provide individualised post-placement support to participants and employers while maintaining a strong focus on compliance, claims integrity, data accuracy and contractual requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in Employment Services, ideally within Workforce Australia or a similar government-funded program.
- Demonstrated experience with employment services claims is highly desirable, including understanding claim requirements, evidence, eligibility and supporting documentation.
- Strong understanding of Department guidelines, contractual requirements and compliance obligations.
- Experience maintaining accurate participant records and ensuring documentation is complete and audit-ready.
- High-level administration skills with a strong focus on claims accuracy, compliance and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and follow up outstanding evidence and documentation required to support claims.
- Ability to identify potential compliance or claims issues and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities within a high-volume workplace.
- Understanding of the issues and challenges facing participants and employers.
- Knowledge of local community agencies and the ability to identify and coordinate appropriate services for participants.
- Demonstrated experience in a call centre, customer service or employment services environment, ideally within government or community services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage participants and employers with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office and client management systems, including systems such as ESS, WebB, WFA Online and JobReady.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality, privacy and respectful client engagement.
- Excellent prioritisation and time management skills, with a friendly, calm, measured and proactive approach.
- A commitment to achieving first-time resolution and maintaining high-quality outcomes in a high-volume operating environment.

- Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and National Police Check (NPC)
clearances.
