Directions Workforce Solutions is recruiting an experienced Admin Officer to join our internal team in Midland — a great opportunity to step into a varied, hands-on administration role supporting our TAFE, accounts, and fleet operations.
This role will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day administration of TAFE tracking, accounts payable processing, and fleet management to support our apprentices, host companies, and internal team.
Conditions:
- Located in Midland, Perth
- 4 Days per week
- $70,000 PA pro rata + Superannuation
Duties include:
- Track TAFE attendance and manage TAFE invoicing
- Process accounts payable, including creditor invoices and host company on-charging
- Manage the fleet of motor vehicles
- Handle general office administration (mail, stationery, equipment)
- Coordinate IT setup for starters and leavers
- Manage staff phone systems
- Book additional training as required
Successful candidates will have:
- Proven experience in an administration or office support role
- Experience within the GTO or Labour Hire environment (highly regarded)
- Hands-on experience with Xero and Workforce One (highly regarded)
- Solid attention to detail and reconciliation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Full Australian work rights
