About the Role
Georgiemane is an Australian-made, vegan haircare brand built on repairing dry and damaged hair. Our growth is driven by content, and this role owns the engine behind it.

We are looking for a Partnerships Lead to grow Georgiemane through creator partnerships, content creation, affiliate programs and brand activations.

This is a hands-on ownership role. You will build and run our creator channel at scale, keep a steady flow of high-performing content coming through the door, and work closely with our Social and Performance Marketing teams to put Georgiemane in front of the right audiences.

Key Responsibilities
Listed in order of priority.

- Build and scale Georgiemane's creator and influencer program, working with a wide network of aligned creators rather than a small number of high-cost partnerships.

- Own relationships with creators, talent managers, agencies and brand partners.

- Negotiate fees, deliverables, usage rights and partnership terms, and write clear creator briefs.

- Own the content pipeline end-to-end, ensuring a consistent volume of usable content for paid and organic social.

- Create content for social media and paid advertising, including filming and appearing on camera.

- Coordinate shoots with creators, customers and in-house talent.

- Work with Performance Marketing to understand what top-of-funnel needs and brief content against it.

- Manage and grow the ambassador and affiliate programs.

- Plan and execute influencer gifting,



seeding and product sampling initiatives.

- Lead the creator and partnership execution behind product launches and campaigns.

- Develop brand collaborations, giveaways and cross-promotional partnerships with aligned brands and retailers.

- Research emerging creators, trends and cultural moments, and turn them into content and partnership opportunities.

- Lead PR activity and brand activations as this function grows.

- Track and report on performance, maintaining accurate records of partnerships, gifting, contracts and usage rights.

About You

- Proven experience in creator or influencer marketing, partnerships, social media, PR or a related field.

- Commercially confident negotiating fees, deliverables, usage rights and terms.

- Highly organised, able to manage a high volume of creators and deliverables at once.

- Strong creative judgement, with a feel for content that actually performs.

- Comfortable creating content and appearing on camera.

- Self-directed and accountable. This role owns its channel and is not closely supervised day to day.

- Genuinely understands social platforms and internet culture.

- Willing to travel occasionally for shoots, events and activations.

- Solid communicator who can represent Georgiemane professionally with creators, agencies and partners.
