A leading global off-price retailer is seeking two detail-oriented Workforce Coordinators to join the team in Mascot for a 3-month contract.

This is a fantastic entry-level or step-up opportunity for a junior coordinator or an experienced retail team member looking to transition into a corporate workforce management workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Roster Checking & Audit: Review store and operational rosters to ensure accuracy, alignment, and compliance with operational requirements.

- System Data Entry: Accurately enter contract patterns, schedules, and shift changes into UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group).

- Operational Support: Assist the broader workforce planning team with daily administrative tasks and schedule maintenance.

What We're Looking For

- Background: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or an administrative role (retail team leaders, department managers, or store supervisors looking for an office-based step are strongly encouraged to apply!).

- Systems Exposure: Prior experience with UKG (Kronos),



or a similar workforce management / rostering platform, is highly regarded (though training on specific workflows will be provided).

- Attention to Detail: Excellent data entry accuracy and a sharp eye for spotting roster discrepancies.

- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal teams.
