Journey Caroline Springs is seeking a warm and passionate Barista & Float Educator to join our team in Caroline Springs. This unique role blends hospitality with early childhood education, creating a welcoming experience for families as they arrive each day.
From 7:00am–11:00am you’ll run the Parent Barista initiative, preparing fresh coffee for parents, families and educators. From 11:00am–3:00pm you’ll transition into Float Educator, supporting different rooms and age groups across the centre.
