We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join a busy logistics operation on an ongoing basis.

This is a great chance for someone with strong computer skills and attention to detail who is looking to build their experience within the transport and logistics industry .

PAY RATE: $36.83 per hour
HOURS: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday
START: Immediate
OVERTIME: Occasional overtime may be required

THE ROLE

Working as part of the site administration team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy warehouse and logistics site.

Key responsibilities include:

- Checking drivers in and out of site
- Accurately entering orders into SWIMS
- Handling and reconciling information
- Providing general administrative support as required
- Assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the site




- Maintaining accurate records and documentation

- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- A willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Previous administration, warehouse or logistics experience is highly regarded
