Jac + Jack is seeking an Ecommerce & Customer Experience Executive to optimise our Shopify site, manage CRM programs in Klaviyo, and lead customer care across channels. The role reports to the Head of Digital & Ecommerce and focuses on trading, CRM execution and maintaining a premium online customer journey.
The right candidate will balance commercial thinking with operational excellence, optimise the online experience, analyze performance, and resolve enquiries with care and attention to detail.
