Team Facilitator – Child, Youth and Family Services

- Remuneration : $55 – $58/hr + Superannuation + Salary Packaging

The Position:

In this dynamic leadership role, you will perform client facing services whilst leading and developing team members within the North Metro. The position is based in Hillarys & Joondalup.

Responsibilities of the role (not limited to ):

- Client facing services, including counselling and support, advocacy and workshop facilitation
- Facilitating operational planning processes and guiding and developing team members within your team to ensure contractual requirements are met
- Providing reports and facilitating budgeting
- Performance management of team members while maintaining strong documentation and record‑keeping practices

This role will require the ability to work one evening shift per week (11:00am to 7:00pm)

Minimum Qualifications:

- Tertiary Degree in Counselling, Psychology or Social Work
- Experience in a leadership role with strong documentation keeping skills
- 3+ years counselling experience
- Current Driver’s license

Have or be willing to obtain the following:





- National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
- Working with Children Card
- Current First Aid Certificate

Additional Remuneration & Benefits:

- Salary packaging benefits up to $18,550 to increase your take‑home pay
- 5 weeks annual leave p.a., increasing to 6 weeks after 3 years of service
- 2 extra wellness days p.a., increasing to 3 days after 3 years of service
- Generous Superannuation – 13%, increasing to 14% after 1 year of service
