About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Productivity Lead to drive the ANZ Supply Chain productivity and value creation agenda across Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory and Operations.
This role will be responsible for identifying, prioritising and delivering strategic initiatives that improve profitability, reduce costs, enhance service performance and increase operational efficiency. Working closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance and Commercial teams, you will lead cross-functional projects from concept through to implementation and benefits realisation.
This is a highly visible role that requires strong financial acumen, project leadership capability and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Job responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage the Supply Chain productivity strategy and multi-year value creation pipeline.
- Identify, evaluate and prioritise cost reduction and operational improvement opportunities across the end-to-end Supply Chain.
- Build robust business cases including ROI analysis, investment requirements, risk assessments and savings forecasts.
- Lead strategic productivity and transformation projects from opportunity identification through to implementation and benefits realisation.
- Partner with Finance to validate savings opportunities and ensure benefits are accurately realised.
- Monitor and report on productivity performance, project delivery, financial outcomes, risks and opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs and reporting tools to provide visibility of productivity performance.
- Influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure projects are managed effectively and aligned to business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Significant experience within Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Continuous Improvement, Consulting or Transformation environments.
- Proven track record delivering productivity, cost reduction and value creation initiatives.
- Strong financial analysis and business case development skills, including ROI modelling and benefit realisation.
- Experience managing productivity pipelines, savings governance and benefit tracking frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex transformation projects and cross-functional teams from concept through to implementation.
- Advanced analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience within FMCG, manufacturing,
finance, or other complex supply chain environments.
- Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement and/or Project Management qualifications.
- Advanced capability in data analytics, dashboarding and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
