Mondiale Vgl is seeking an experienced HRBP to support Sydney-based industrial operations. You will interpret awards, enterprise agreements and NES while partnering with site leaders to drive practical, compliant people initiatives on the floor.

You will own change management, build trust with frontline supervisors, and balance detail with big-picture process improvements. Some travel is expected in a team-oriented, hands-on team.
