As Commercial Property Manager, your main duties will be:
- Mixed portfolio of office, industrial and retail
- Potential for work from home options
- Portfolio of 140-150 properties
- Tenancy management
- Manage rent reviews and lease proposals
- Maintain accurate and current documentation
- Assist with outsourcing valuations and leasing
- Ensure compliance, codes and standards
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About you:
- Real Estate License required - must have an understanding of Commercial and management of a commercial portfolio
- Knowledge of legislation and requirements (commercial)
- Understand property-related documents
- Ability to negotiate
- Develop professional relationships
- Enjoy working in a cooperative environment
