A boutique commercial law practice operating from beautiful private offices in Sydney's CBD on Castlereagh Street. The firm acts for major corporations, institutions, and public and private businesses across commercial and corporate, dispute resolution, construction, insolvency and property matters, positioning itself as an integrated, full-service practice at competitive rates. It is a genuinely small, tight-knit team: no large-firm bureaucracy, direct partner access, and a strong focus on quality over volume.

Salary and Features of the position:

- $90,000 - $160,000 package

About the Role:

An opportunity exists for a Commercial Lawyer to join this Sydney CBD practice, working across both advisory and litigation matters for a broad base of corporate and business clients.

Expect genuine variety, from commercial and contractual advice through to dispute resolution and litigation, with direct exposure to partners and senior practitioners on every file. This is a full-time, in-office role: the firm's private offices are set up for a team that values being together, not distributed.

Requirements for the Position:

- 2 PAE + or more Commercial Lawyer, confident across both advisory and litigation work
- Currently at a reputable commercial law firm
- Comfortable managing your own files with direct partner support
- Solid drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
- Happy to work full-time from a Sydney CBD office (this is not a hybrid or remote role)
