KANDA's GSL unit seeks a Clinical Practice Lead - Children, Youth & Families to guide nursing care in residential disability settings, Beenleigh or Bundaberg. You will lead clinical assessments, health planning and complex-case management to keep vulnerable young people secure and supported.
Work across teams, mentor staff, ensure reporting obligations, and drive continuous improvement with trauma-informed practice and NDIS standards. This is a full-time, office-based leadership role.
