Adco in Darlington Point, NSW, is seeking Farm Hands for a casual, contract role on a cotton and wheat farm starting September 2026. You will work around 30 hours per week in a 7-day roster, with weekend availability required.
There are five Level 1 positions paid at $32.18 per hour and five Level 2 positions paid at $33.05 per hour under the Pastoral Award (MA ). Onsite training is provided and progression to higher levels may occur based on performance.
