About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive member and commercial acquisition through the delivery of high-performing paid media campaigns across Australian Industry Group. Working closely with the Director, Marketing & Digital Experience and collaborating with content, design and digital systems teams, you will take ownership of the strategy, execution, optimisation and reporting of acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google and display channels. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who is passionate about driving measurable growth and leveraging insights to continuously improve campaign performance and conversion outcomes.
Whilst the reality of each day will be different, you can expect to be accountable for:
- Developing, launching and optimising paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google and display channels.
- Building audience targeting and segmentation strategies to reach and convert high-value prospects.
- Managing campaign budgets, bidding strategies and spend allocation to maximise ROI.
- Delivering acquisition campaigns end-to-end, from planning and execution through to reporting and optimisation.
- Implementing and maintaining conversion tracking, including UTMs, pixels and events.
- Conducting A/B testing and using data insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Providing performance reporting and recommendations to improve lead generation, conversion and pipeline outcomes.
- Collaborating with content, design and digital teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned to business objectives.
To best succeed in this role you will have;
- 3-6 years' experience in paid media or performance marketing.
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proven experience managing acquisition campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and execution through to optimisation and reporting.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, segmentation and conversion tracking,
including UTMs, pixels and events.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimise budgets to maximise return on investment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
- Understanding of the marketing funnel and how paid media contributes to lead generation, lead nurturing and marketing automation.
- Ability to write compelling paid campaign copy and provide creative direction for campaign assets.
- Solid organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
