As we continue to expand nationally, we are seeking an experienced Proposal & Tender Specialist to lead our government and corporate tender submissions and help drive our next stage of growth.

About the Role

This is a strategic role responsible for identifying tender opportunities, coordinating internal stakeholders and producing compelling, compliant proposals that win business.

Working closely with our Business Development Managers, you will own the proposal process from opportunity identification through to successful submission.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Opportunity Management

- Monitor government procurement portals and private tender platforms for current opportunities.
- Identify suitable tender opportunities aligned with BAPS Cleaning's strategic objectives.
- Maintain a pipeline of upcoming tenders and submission deadlines.
- Conduct bid/no-bid assessments with senior management.

Proposal Development

- Lead the planning, coordination and preparation of government and corporate tender submissions.




- Develop proposal strategies that clearly communicate BAPS Cleaning's strengths and competitive advantages.
- Write compelling, customer-focused responses that address evaluation criteria.
- Prepare executive summaries, methodologies, capability statements and supporting documentation.
- Ensure all submissions are professionally presented, accurate and fully compliant.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Work closely with Business Development Managers throughout the proposal process.
- Coordinate input from Operations and senior leadership.
- Manage proposal timelines and ensure stakeholders deliver information on schedule.
- Facilitate tender planning and review meetings.

Continuous Improvement

- Maintain proposal templates, case studies and tender content libraries.
- Analyse tender outcomes and implement improvements to increase future win rates.
- Improve proposal quality, efficiency and consistency across all submissions.

About You

You are an organised and strategic proposal professional with exceptional writing and project coordination skills.

You will have:

- Experience preparing successful government and corporate tenders.
- Outstanding proposal writing and editing skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination experience.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Experience with Australian government procurement processes is highly regarded.
