TAFE Queensland is seeking a Manager, Customer Service to lead a multi-disciplinary team across student enrolments and contact centres, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and growing enrolments. The role reports to the Director, Client and Commercial Operations and is based primarily at Cairns or Townsville campuses.
You will develop and implement customer service strategies, monitor KPIs, manage regulatory compliance, and foster robust internal and external relationships to deliver
