4 Full-Time positions – Day Shift

2 Part-Time positions – Evening Shift

About the Role

As a Commercial Cleaner, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our client, their employees and visitors.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Cleaning and maintaining commercial facilities, including offices, meeting rooms, toilets, kitchens and common areas
- Vacuuming, mopping,



dusting and general surface cleaning
- Waste removal and disposal
- Cleaning glass, windows and other surfaces to maintain a high standard of presentation
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen and staff areas
- Replenishing consumables and ensuring supplies are fully stocked
- Reporting maintenance, cleaning or safety issues promptly to supervisors or site management
- Correctly using, storing and maintaining cleaning equipment
- Following cleaning schedules and site-specific procedures
- Maintaining BIC Consolidated's safety and quality standards at all times

Our cleaners are the face of BIC Consolidated and play a pivotal role in delivering the service commitments we make to our clients.

Mandatory Requirements – Please Read Before Applying

Due to the requirements and location of this client site, applicants MUST meet all of the following requirements:

- Hold a current National Police Check at a minimum
- Have their own reliable vehicle and transport , as there is no public transport available to the site
- Be able to successfully complete and pass all required site security and compliance requirements

These requirements are non-negotiable . Applicants who do not meet them will not be considered.

To be considered for one of these positions, you must also have:

- Solid time management skills and attention to detail
- A reliable and professional approach to work
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Excellent personal presentation
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Good command of the English language
- Tax File Number and Superannuation details
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is highly regarded
