Kids Early Learning Centres is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the People, Culture & Wellbeing function across 17 early learning centres. You will partner with leadership to strengthen capability, navigate complex people matters and align HR practices with our culture and operational needs.
You will coach leaders, drive workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding, and ensure governance, compliance and safeguarding requirements across the network.
