Flower Child Café in Chatswood is seeking a Front of House Assistant Manager to lead our service team and oversee daytime operations of a busy café. This full time role requires hands-on leadership, floor management and collaboration with the Front of House Manager to maintain exceptional hospitality.
You will coach staff, manage seating flow, handle guest feedback and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures during morning and daytime shifts.
