Part of the Air Diffusion Agencies Group, Paltech is on a significant path of growth, we now have an chance for a Counter Sales / Admin person to join our team to support the Branch Manager.

The successful candidate will be friendly and motivated well rounded Sales / Admin person and will provide exceptional service to all customers, process sales and orders, support the sales team, place stock orders, coordinate branch administration and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the branch.

Your duties would include but not be limited to:

- Invoicing
- Stock Ordering
- Data Entry
- Provide professional support to both customers and internal stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross sell products
- Processing & follow up on customer orders, quotes, and telephone enquiries
- Liaising with local customers,



internal sales staff, and transport companies
- Completing paperwork and documentation with accuracy and efficiency
- Commitment to safe work procedures

Skills required for this job would include:

- Advanced computer proficiency.
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure
- Reliable and demonstrates a "Can Do" attitude
- Have excellent punctuality and attendance
- Self-motivated andable to meet deadlines through strong time management
