The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Solutions Trainer (CDI/ Coding) you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. The person hired for the position of Solutions Trainer (CDI/Coding) will engage with our customers both remotely and onsite to facilitate training for our Solventum HIS software customers. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Introduction, demonstration, and training our customers on Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ and associated Revenue Cycle products, incorporating blended Learning and adult learning concepts.
- Delivery of live classroom - and web- based training, as well as contribution to asynchronous training
- Participate in project implementations with pre and post go live participation with key project stakeholders.
- May serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME), mentor and contributor to internal Solventum HIS teams, such as Implementations, Support, Documentation, Instructional Design, or others as designated.
- Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with skilled and quality standards complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum values and ethical standards.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years Health Information Management/clinical coding experience with exposure to a diverse casemix Relevant Health Information Management and clinical coding qualifications Eligible for full membership to the Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA)
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience as Clinical Documentation Specialist Healthcare Training related Experience La Trobe University Auditing Course qualifications or equivalent tertiary qualifications
- Previous auditing, training and education experience in coding highly desirable
- Knowledgeable in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows, systems, implementation, and medical professional training
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple project streams and teams
- Strong organisational skills, ability to work independently in a multi-task environment, effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience with Solventum™ 360 Encompass™
Work location
