Transdev John Holland Buses is seeking a Workshop Leading Hand to provide hands-on leadership of a maintenance team and ensure safety, quality and fleet reliability across our Sydney operations.
You will manage up to 30 staff and contractors across multiple trades, coordinating daily activities and ensuring compliance with MBSC while working mainly from Port Botany depots, with travel between depots as needed.
