Customer Service Support Officer (12-month Contract)

The Role

Based out of our Carole Park head office we are looking for a customer service superstar to join our dedicated service customer service delivery and administration team as our newest Customer Service Support Officer, in this role the successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and service delivery support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and providing accurate and timely processing of all service-related actives.

In this role the successful applicant would also be responsible for completing administration duties, working closely with the service,



project management and operations team and providing high quality service delivery across order management, scheduling and reporting.

This is a 12 month fixed term position with the potential for permanency, you will work full-time (38 hours per week) Monday to Friday from our Carole Park head office.

About you

- 1 - 2 years prior experience in Customer Service, Project Sales or Service Delivery positions
- Prior experience using ERP or CRM systems (Desirable)
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft office)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship building skills
- Fantastic customer service and time management skills
- Prior planning and or scheduling experience (desirable)
