The Role

- Small portfolio of 110 properties
- Ingoing’s




- Outgoings
- Routines
- Organising repairs and maintenance
- Leasing, admin and accounts support
- Manage rent reviews and increases

The Person

- Previous experience managing a portfolio
- Be well presented and a solid communicator
- Hold a valid real estate certificate or license
- Have access to a Car and a driver’s license
- Superb customer service abilities with a passion for new business
- Have a proactive- can do attitude
