Stratco is seeking a People & Performance Coordinator to join our Ormeau team. This office-based role supports recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle activities and HR administration, collaborating with leaders across manufacturing, logistics, retail and corporate teams.
You will contribute to a positive employee experience and a supportive workplace culture while handling confidential information with integrity and professionalism. This role is Monday–Friday, based at our Ormeau site.
