About the Role
- Vehicle preparation and masking
- Priming,
sanding and surface preparation
- Colour matching and paint mixing
- Spray painting using contemporary refinishing systems
- Clear coating and finishing
- Buffing and polishing where required
- Maintaining high quality standards throughout every repair
- Working closely with the workshop foreman to ensure vehicles are completed on schedule
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
About You
- Holds a Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology (or equivalent trade qualification)
- Experience working in a collision repair or panel shop environment
- Produces consistently high-quality workmanship
- Excellent colour matching and paint application skills
- Works efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Takes pride in delivering repairs to manufacturer and insurer standards
- Positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team
- Current driver's licence
